I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the Northeast who are seeking a Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month period. Key Duties: Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings Day-to-day estates management responsibilities Assisting with acquisitions and disposals Working with a varied commercial portfolio including offices, industrial spaces, and retail units Requirements: MRICS qualification is preferred Registered Valuer status is not required Previous estates management experience is vital, with Local Authority background preferred but not essential This role offers flexible working-with two days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time remote.
