Overview
Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £23,000+
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily credit control limits
* Conducting bank reconciliations and allocating customer receipts
* Coordinating weekly payment runs
* Collaborating with the operations team
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Acting as the first point of contact for general account queries
* Processing employee expenses
* Processing invoices, credits and payments
Qualifications
* Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and accurate financial management
* Solid understanding of the financial operations and requirements of small businesses
