Overview
We are looking for a team manager in our Oak Day Unit to lead and manage a team of pastoral staff who support the young people at the school each day. The successful candidate will have a wide experience of working with young people with complex needs as well as leading and managing a large team of staff and working with teams across the school to ensure the young people at the school have the supports in place to achieve.
Responsibilities
Oversee transition work for young people leaving the school at the end of Year 11 and support staff across the school to ensure the young people have the skills and support in place to do this successfully.

Qualifications
Previous experience of working with young people and the ability to lead and manage a team is essential, as is a desire to work with young people and improve their outcomes.
