Location: Dorchester
Contract Type: Temporary (3–6 months)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Day Rate: £400–£500 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field
* Proven experience in delivering repair and maintenance (R&M) programmes
* Experience managing contractors, budgets, and key stakeholders
* Familiarity with local authority operations
* No sponsorship
* Passport copy
* Sharecode right to work(if you are not a British passport holder)
