NavArya Foundation seeks a proactive Volunteer Fundraising & Development Lead to plan and execute campaigns, secure funding, and drive our mission supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.

We're looking for someone with Fundraising or business development experience – confident in planning and delivering campaigns. Self-motivation and independence – able to take ownership and work without day-to-day supervision. Strategic thinking – able to design fundraising plans and see them through from start to finish. Strong communication and relationship-building skills – to engage donors, sponsors, and partners. Creativity and initiative – able to spot opportunities and make things happen. Passion for social impact – especially supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.
What will you be doing?
As our Fundraising & Development Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding NavArya Foundation's reach and impact. You will Develop, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives. Identify and approach potential donors, corporate sponsors, and partners. Build and maintain relationships with supporters to secure sustainable funding. Track progress, report results, and refine strategies to maximize impact. Work independently, taking ownership of fundraising projects without day-to-day supervision. We are looking for someone with proven experience in fundraising or business development, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for empowering children and families affected by autism.
