About the Role:
As our Registered Care Manager, you will report directly to the Operational Leadership Team and take responsibility for the overall performance, quality, and compliance of our care service. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage internal staff and Care Professionals, ensure outstanding care delivery, and play a key role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with CQC and legislative standards.
* Lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care service.
* Manage client acquisition and care planning, including assessments and risk management.
* Ensure quality assurance through regular reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives.
* Handle incidents, complaints, and safeguarding processes effectively and sensitively.
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and supervision; ensure safe and effective staffing.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
* Support financial operations including budget oversight and payroll.
* Promote our services in the local community and build professional networks.
* Lead by example, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Essential Criteria:
* Significant experience in care, with a strong track record in quality service delivery.
* Proven leadership skills within a domiciliary care setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance, and best practice.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Commercially aware with experience in achieving growth targets.
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office/Google Suite and digital care systems.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
