Job responsibilities: Ensure consistent Service product quality and drive overall Customer satisfaction. Perform internal audits of internal and TPSP (Third Party Service Providers) on-site processes. Assist in development and execution of the internal audit program for the Customer. Generate audit reports, audit corrective actions on audit non-conformances (deviations) and provide support for corrective and preventative action processes (CAPAs). Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of deviations that are discovered through self-audits or client audits. Assure timeliness of corrective actions and reporting. Perform activities required to quality TPSP and integrate them into quality systems. Develop and implement training and education programs, to educate internal employees and TPSP and management on quality processes, standards and results. Provide advice and support to the Compliance Manager and service delivery teams on quality issues/initiatives. Ensure all requirements of the Customer Quality Management System (QMS) are met.
