Key Responsibilities Support monthly management accounts preparation and reporting packs Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Process journals including accruals, prepayments, and corrections Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Compile and submit VAT returns Liaise with internal departments and support external audits Ensure financial processes are documented and compliant Assist with continuous improvements to financial operations Undertake ad-hoc financial duties as directed by management Candidate Profile AAT qualified or currently studying ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) At least 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and some month end experience Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Oracle, or equivalent) High level of accuracy and analytical thinking Good time management and problem-solving skills Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others Positive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer Competitive salary, depending on experience Professional development and study support 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Hybrid working model available Supportive team culture with career progression opportunities How to Apply Please apply by submitting your CV for this advert.
