Job Title: Temporary Dispatcher Location: Crawley (Monday to Friday) Contract Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring all shipments are processed efficiently and on schedule Prepare and review commercial invoices and shipping documentation for international consignments Manage and process shipments through FedEx and DHL online portals (this is a core requirement) Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements Liaise with internal teams, couriers, and customers to resolve dispatch-related queries Track shipments and proactively address delays or issues Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation Key Requirements: Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or shipping role Strong knowledge of commercial invoices and international shipping documentation Hands-on experience using FedEx and DHL shipping portals (essential) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in basic IT systems and data entry
