Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
Role Overview
Milk Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join a welcoming, two‑form entry primary school in the Liverpool area. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to support children’s early learning and development within a nurturing environment.
You will take full responsibility for an EYFS class, being flexible to move to KS1 when required. Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.
Classroom & School Support
1. Two‑form entry primary school within the local community
2. Experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant working alongside you
3. Additional SEN Teaching Assistant support
4. Supportive and collaborative EYFS and senior leadership team
Key Responsibilities
5. Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
6. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
7. Support and differentiate learning for pupils with SEN and additional needs
8. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development
9. Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using EYFS assessment methods
10. Contribute to learning journals and reports
11. Work closely with colleagues, the SENCO, and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply
13. Experience teaching within EYFS
14. Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
15. Strong classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
16. A caring, creative, and child‑centred approach to teaching
17. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
