As part of our approach to Awaab’s Law we’re expanding our Property Services team and are looking for a proactive and experienced manager to help lead our responsive repairs service. Working closely with the Repairs Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Technicians and Inspectors, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely and in line with legal and internal standards. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, and driving service improvements across our housing portfolio. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating and overseeing repair works, ensuring timely and high-quality completion Supporting compliance with Awaab’s Law timeframes for emergency, damp, and mould-related repairs Managing technician schedules, productivity, and capability Conducting regular site inspections and initiating recall actions where needed Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to resolve cases effectively Responding to customer feedback and supporting satisfaction targets Supporting training, coaching, and performance reviews Promoting continuous improvement and cost-efficiency across repairs operations Carrying out monthly vehicle and health and safety checks What you’ll bring: Extensive trade maintenance experience and a relevant NVQ/BTEC qualification Strong understanding of housing legislation, including HHSRS and Awaab’s Law Experience managing teams and subcontractors (preferred) Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills Health and safety awareness, including relevant legislation Broad knowledge of trade disciplines and inspection standards Strong IT proficiency and confidence using service systems A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer service Full, valid UK driving licence Why join Paradigm?
