Job Description:
* You will be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation.
* You will manage the day-to-day sales functions across developments.
* As a Development Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact through to the sale of the property, managing the customer journey for potential and actual customers.
* You will conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and take full ownership of the site.
* You will manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets, while also seeking career growth opportunities.
* You will report regularly to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
* Experience in New Home Sales is preferred.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Good IT proficiency.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* Based at the Frimley site.
Benefits:
* OTE between £55,000 - £60,000
