RedRock Recruitment requires an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a permanent position based in Luton. Applicants MUST hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a 5-day first aid certification. Candidates MUST be experienced with Snag-R and Field View software packages.
Responsibilities include operating within the site team overseeing the construction of 5 blocks of apartments, totaling 59 units, working for a leading developer. You MUST have experience delivering a similar size and value new build residential site from start to finish.
