We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven TikTok Advertising Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of high-impact campaigns on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the TikTok ecosystem, have a proven ad campaign management track record, and be able to brief and collaborate with our creative team to produce ad creatives that sell.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive TikTok Shop advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
* Conduct in-depth audience research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis specific to the TikTok platform.
* Identify new opportunities and emerging trends on TikTok to inform campaign development.
* Set up, launch, and manage TikTok ad campaigns from conception to execution using TikTok Ads Manager.
* Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments and optimisations to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, impressions, clicks, conversions).
* Manage and allocate advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
* A / B test ad creatives, targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continually improve performance.
* Run campaigns to support creator marketing initiatives in collaboration with our Creator Marketing team.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative, native-feeling video and image ad creatives tailored for TikTok.
* Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure ad content is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for TikTok's format.
* Write compelling ad copy that drives action and aligns with campaign objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
* Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
* Analyse data to identify key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
* Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to the wider marketing team and leadership.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok advertising features, policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
* 2-3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on TikTok Ads.
* Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising TikTok ad campaigns that achieve measurable results.
* In-depth knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, objectives, targeting options, bidding strategies, and measurement tools.
* Strong understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, trends, and performance factors.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools to track cross-platform performance.
* Strong creative eye and ability to identify engaging ad content.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
