About the Role
We are working with a fast growing company in the shipping and logistics sector, looking to hire a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in sales. No previous experience is required.
What You Will Do
* Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
* Manage the full sales journey from first contact to closing deals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
* Work towards targets and drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great client experience
About You
* Confident, clear communicator who enjoys speaking with people
* Motivated and target driven with a strong work ethic
* Keen to learn and develop in a sales environment
* Resilient and positive approach to challenges
* Background in retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome
* Driving licence is ideal
