* Work Closely with IT & Communications Teams, to Deliver High Quality Digital Solutions & Engaging Content
* Shape Digital Solutions to Ensure Smooth & User-Friendly Customer Journey & Excellent Customer Experience
* Provide Digital Performance Reporting & Analysis
* Work with IT Colleagues to Troubleshoot & Fix Website & Portal Issues
* Engage with Suppliers
* Respond to Client & Colleague Feedback & Requests and Make Changes as & when appropriate
* Write Test Scripts & Undertake Thorough Testing of Solutions & Fixes
Demonstrable Experience of Digital Experience Partner would include:
* WordPress CMS:Hands-On Experience Building, Maintaining & Developing Websites using Page-Builder Tools such as Breakdance, Elementor (or similar)
* End-to-End Website & Digital Systems Delivery:From Concept & Design Through to launch, Adhering to Brand Guidelines & Working to Tight Deadlines with Minimal Supervision, with Ability to Provide Mock-Ups to Stakeholders
* Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (or equivalent) for Producing On-Brand Digital & Print-Ready Assets
* Systems Thinking: Ability to Understand, Evaluate & Improve Digital Systems that serve Both Internal Colleagues & External Users, Identifying How Changes in One Area can Affect Others
* Analytics & User Insight: Confident Using HotJar & Google Analytics to Interpret User Behaviour, Generate Actionable Insight & Report on Digital Performance
* SEO Best Practice:Working Knowledge of On-Page & Technical SEO, including Metadata, Site Structure, Page Speed & Search Visibility
* Web Accessibility: Solid Understanding of xsngvjr WCAG 2.1 AA Standards & How to Apply Them in Practice across Websites, Content & Digital Products
* UX/UI Design: Experience Creating User-Centred Digital Experiences, from Wireframing & Prototyping through to Final Implementation, with an eye for Clean, Intuitive Design
* Customer Portal / Internal CMS Ownership: Proven Experience Acting as Product Owner for Customer-Facing or Internal Portal, including Content Governance, User Management & Continuous Improvement
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs
* Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (eg Twilio, Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) & CRM-Integrated Digital Communications
* Ideally some experience Migrating Digital Systems such as Portal Applications & Websites
