Requirements
A Senior Learning Experience Designer is a leader at Sponge - upholding our high standards for quality in learning design, empathising with and servicing the needs of our clients, and proactively creating value for the business and our people. SLEDs thrive in ambiguity and confidently create learning solutions that delight stakeholders, engage and inspire audiences and deliver real business impact. Sitting within our Learning Experience Design team and working closely with The Practice, our in-house consultancy, this is someone who can:
* Push our horizons in terms of learning design (From 'Unforgettable Experiences' to impact measurement through strong learning prowess.)
* Successfully lead on any project, taking ownership and accountability for the health (client and commercial) of the project.
* Build capability in others – guide and inspire the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching and fostering a culture of constructive and actionable feedback.
* Be a catalyst for collaboration and innovation within our entire organisation.
