Mission:
To develop a high performing service sales team tasked with expanding our width of wallet within target customers in the UK. Building a culture of consultative selling focused on understanding customers operational effectiveness, developing clear asset-based management strategies, and driving digital services.
Responsibilities:
* Leadership of a regional field sales team driving traditional and digital services.
* Mature services offer knowledge with a key focus on our digital story and implementation of the company’s digital services strategy within multiple segments and technologies.
* Driving all the services offers, with a view of maximising both traditional and digital in the regional customer base, developing strategies to increase width of wallet.
* Performance management, recruitment, training and development of a sales team.
* Develop, manage, and implement a commercial strategy for increasing our full services offer across a sales team to identify gaps by services offer vs market potential.
* Promote and grow the install base with a critical focus on improving install base information for the UK.
* Working in collaboration with our inside (digital) sales team to optimise our coverage model driving working models to develop new opportunities.
* Demo some of our digital tools and acting as an ambassador for SE software’s and the customer tools responsible for articulating our value proposition in services.
* Performance management, recruitment, training and development of team members via defined development plans with a clear focus on succession planning in roles.
* Providing forecast proposal and strategy for the UK across all services offers for the full sales team, making sure its effective for the wider services zone and business.
* Ensuring contractual business growth across the UK, driving the team to look for opportunities to grow existing contracts through multi-technology/number of critical assets in management and developing a new contract revenue stream. All with the view increasing the services contractual (run-rate) business.
Skills & Experience:
* Sales Experience > 6 yrs.
* Desirable – Software sales/digital selling experience. Services experience/exposure.
* Leadership skills.
