Their collaborative team are seeking a confident and experienced 2- 5PQE residential solicitor to join them. Advise clients on high value sales and purchases, financing and de-enveloping on houses, flats and off plan new builds. Work on Transfer of Equity & Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions and have New Build and Leasehold Expertise Play a key part in a collaborative and supportive residential property team. What You’ll Bring: A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least 2-5PQE in Residential Property Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing process Proven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety Act Proven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactions Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focus Always striving to deliver excellent client care service Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why This Firm?
