Risk & Compliance Recruiter - Wealth Management
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Recruiter to support our Financial Services & FinTech clients in recruiting and retaining top Risk & Compliance professionals.
About the Role
1. Support the development of the financial planning team and implement the Training & Competency framework.
2. Conduct onboarding and sign-off of new financial planners.
3. Provide ongoing supervision to ensure competencies are maintained.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Financial Planner / Adviser, Paraplanner, or Area / Regional Manager.
* Qualified to at least CII/RQF Level 4.
* Strong technical understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting wealth management.
