Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the company's values and vision while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer, our team engages daily with customers, learning their needs and recommending products that enhance their well-being. Many products are made with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programs, helping communities build better lives.
As part of our team, you will offer expert advice and provide an inspiring insight into The Body Shop's products and philosophy. You will learn about our products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find solutions that suit their preferences and lifestyles.
