Primeur are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Despatch Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of customer orders—from receipt through to delivery.
This is a fast-paced, operational role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are critical.
You will take ownership of the despatch process, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, documentation is accurate, and customers receive their deliveries on time.
We wouldlike someone who understands logistics and keeps the flow of orders running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
To administer the process of despatching stock in accordance with customer requirements, from receipt of order through to delivery, ensuring expected customer service standards are achieved.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in logistics, despatch, or warehouse coordination
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Able to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
