The Role:
* Assist solicitors and partners in all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and client correspondence.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and transactional matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and case files.
* Liaise with clients, external parties, and other legal professionals as required.
* Contribute to the overall success of the Real Estate team by providing efficient and effective support.
The Person:
* Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within Real Estate or a related practice area.
