As one of our Guest Service Managers you will:
* Lead a large team to give fantastic service in all hotel departments
* Deliver amazing events such as weddings, conferences and birthdays
* Help to make our hotel look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
* Be the face of the hotel and ensure our guests are having a wonderful stay
* Help to train new team members and give them the best start possible
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
* Help us to ensure our team are happy and working effectively in a pleasant environment
This is a full-time role working 43 hours per week over 5 days. You will become part of our team of 5 Guest service Managers covering hours from 7am until midnight with a mixture early, middle and late shifts. Occasionally later hours are required during special events.
We are looking for an experienced supervisor or manager who wants to take the next step in their career. Some experience with Food & Beverage is preferred as this role will involve being hands on with our restaurant, bar and events departments. Most importantly, we just need you to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a large team.
We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your hospitality career.
