About the role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our close-knit, supportive team. Working under the guidance of the Parts Manager and Parts Advisor, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting both our customers and Technicians by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
What you’ll be doing
1. Assisting with the sale and supply of parts to customers and workshop staff.
2. Answering customer enquiries in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
3. Helping to manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries and organizing collections (some manual handling involved).
4. Supporting the team in the smooth daily running of the parts department.
5. Learning how to identify customer needs and provide the best product or service solutions.

9. Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Key information:
12. Working Pattern: 40 hours a week Mon - Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm at 1.5x OT
13. You must have GCSEs, Functional Skills, or Key Skills at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). If your grades are below this level we can talk through your options for taking Functional Skills in Maths and/or English as part of your apprenticeship.
