To assist Active Stirling members & PAYG customers with all enquiries across all Active Stirling activities and promote digital assistance through Facebook, emails and telephone. Successful candidates will also provide excellent customer service with face-to-face enquiries assisting with membership and facility knowledge. Cleaning duties are a key part of this role. Knowledge of Word/Excel and social media use essential.
Please note, Active Stirling is a Real Living Wage Employer. The rate of pay for this post will increase in line with the current Real Living Wage rate.
Requirements
Excellent customer service and knowledge of Word /Excel/ Social Media platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing situations.
Be a courteous team player with initiative to deliver in a fast paced environment.
Excellent understanding of English and numeracy required as are Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
To deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone and via email and social media channels promoting a helpful experience to using Active Stirling's multiple digital platforms. Successful applicant will take pride in their working area to ensure clean and welcoming for all Active Stirling members and day guests.
