We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Business Support Administrator. This role seeks to provide high-quality administrative, financial and customer service support. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and works closely with colleagues and stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.
The successful candidate must be determined, a team player, with the ability to maintain multiple projects and deadlines.
Main responsibilities
• Delivers high‑quality administrative, financial, and customer service support to ensure smooth organisational operations.
• Be one of two Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officers (DSO), supporting and deputising for the DSO, administering safeguarding requirements and helping implement The FA's Safeguarding Operating Standard.
• Maintains organised governance systems, supports finance and HR processes through accurate documentation, and keeps organisational policies and procedures up to date.
• Work closely with colleagues, the CEO, Chair, and Board, providing direct administrative support.

Who can also hold the role of a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO). The role enables the wider organisation to run on stable foundations, supporting the enhancement of our services, and so extend our development of grassroots football across our region.
