Job Summary:
The Data Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for designing SDT solutions that meet customer needs. You will work with various teams on projects from pre-sales to delivery and aftercare.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Data Management teams and external providers to design and implement Data Migration technology, including the Natuvion DCS tool.
* Support the growth of SDT teams by improving methodologies and delivery speed.
* Oversee quality of SDT delivery across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and third-party teams.
* Assist in pre-sales, project scoping, and defining future project roadmaps.
* Lead workshops and deliver knowledge sessions to clients.
* Act as a design authority for SDT projects, generating consulting revenue.
* Stay updated on SDT technologies and share knowledge.
* Support Data Migration Consultants as needed.
* Conduct data stream health checks and identify improvements.
* Identify opportunities for extended business and develop NTT DATA IP offerings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Extensive experience in Selective Data Transformation and Data Migration.
* Leadership in complex SAP Data transformation projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven track record in delivering complex architecture projects.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
* Integrity, results-driven, and inspiring personality.
* Experience across various delivery scenarios including SAP S/4HANA conversions and data quality projects.
* Broad ABAP experience and deep SAP table knowledge.
Personal Profile/Experience:
* At least 10 years in consulting, with 5+ years in SDT roles.
* Continuous learner with a structured knowledge transfer approach.
* Proven experience in SDT solution design and delivery across full project lifecycles.
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary data teams and manage client relationships.
