Technology and Data Support Administrator Stowmarket 37.5hours a week £30,000-£40,000pa DOE We are looking for a proactive problem solver with a passion for IT and data, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to colleagues onsite. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage workloads effectively and remain responsive. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Liaise with external IT support partners, helping to streamline processes and reduce external reliance over time. Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support leadership decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Support ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and data workflows. Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and data sources. Assist in onboarding and supporting staff with IT tools and systems. Who We’re Looking For Analytical mindset with proven experience using Power BI- desirable.
