We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: * Overall management of warehouse operations, including goods inwards, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives * Drive warehouse optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures * Manage stock accuracy, inventory control, and space utilisation * Coordinate with production, transport, and senior management to meet business objectives * Monitor KPIs, productivity, and performance standards Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments * Strong leadership and people management skills * Forklift licence and hands-on forklift experience * Solid health & safety background with demonstrable compliance knowledge * Experience in warehouse optimisation and process improvement (desirable) * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * IT literate with experience using warehouse or stock management systems Benefits ...
