Showroom Project Coordinator – Full Time, 34 hrs per week. Permanent Contract. Location: B&Q Tamworth. Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 8.00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £14.10 per hour.
What's the job?
* Support showroom teams and installers with help and advice to deliver a seamless and professional service for customers.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face to face, keeping them up to date with their projects until completion.
* Use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities.
* Recommend appropriate finance, products, and installation options.

* Strong technology usage skills with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Motivated by targets, a good problem‑solver and project manager with a keen eye for design.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
