ARAGUK Group is looking for a Claims Handler to join our team in Bristol. Our Claims department is central to our legal expenses insurance provision. We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Our offices are bright, modern, and friendly. We offer flexible working arrangements, with most colleagues working from home part of the week. Our hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends, and we are open to considering compressed hours.
As a Claims Handler, you will:
1. Manage a diverse range of claims, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Handle the entire claim lifecycle, from initial contact to evidence investigation and claims decision-making, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
3. Provide clear, accurate information to customers, solicitors, and partners.
4. Develop knowledge of DAS products and policies to assess claims and manage legal appointments.

* Are motivated to work in customer-facing or technical roles.
* Maintain a calm, patient manner when handling challenging claims.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
