Head of Production – Fast-Growing Sustainability Tech Company

Our client is a rapidly growing B2B technology business using smart AI and IoT solutions to dramatically reduce pesticide use worldwide. With operations across 25 countries and nearly 20,000 deployed devices, they are doubling in size year-on-year and they want you to be part of the journey.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, the Head of Production will manage operations across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality. You will lead an initial team of 6+, with scope to grow, ensuring the company delivers high-quality products on time and continues to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the supply chain to meet quality standards and lead times.
* Develop and maintain high-quality processes in manufacturing and logistics.
* Ensure the quality of all products delivered to customers.
* Lead, mentor, and grow the production team.
* Implement and monitor production KPIs.
* Use data-driven insights to identify and implement process improvements.
Essential Experience & Skills
* 3+ years’ experience managing production teams of 4+ people.
* Experience with electro-mechanical supply chains, including offshore suppliers.
* Advanced degree in Manufacturing, Management, or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven track record of process improvement in operational or manufacturing settings.
* Hands-on experience with formal quality management systems.
* Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with project management and data analysis tools (Jira, Asana, PowerBI, Tableau).
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
* Experience in high-growth startups or international logistics.
