You will be working for one of the UK's leading telecommunications companies that is in need of an experienced Business Analyst to join a Finance Transformation Team that is managing multiple projects (approx. 12 live projects). These include: Systems Interfaces and Integrations, as well as data projects in Finance, decommissioning old systems / kit and moving to new kit, On-premise to cloud migrations and projects relating to Finance ERP. You will need to work collaboratively, but independently, with the Project Team to determine the approach to deliver expert business analysis, activities and deliverables. The appropriate techniques and methodologies will be determined to support the implementation needed to meet the business needs and objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with all business stakeholders to elicit their requirements ensuring end-to-end compliance & traceability. The successful candidate will have a keen knowledge and understanding of a telecommunications business together with keeping up to date with the business analysis industry.To be considered for this contract, you will be an experienced Business Analyst that has worked on Finance Transformation Projects within the Telecoms Industry - ideally a complex organisation such as a Tier 1 Operator. You will have a track record of the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional business change projects from start-up to implementation (working as the Business Analyst on these). Proven experience of working with delivery methodologies. (Waterfall, Agile). Excellent knowledge and practical experience with a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques. Advises on appropriate approach & application. Experience of defining analysis approach and planning the Business Analysis workstream including identification of deliverables and tasks, estimating resources and milestones. Excellent management of stakeholder relationships. Proven strong communication and influencing skills. Strong problem solving and conflict management techniques.
