Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and reliable Press Brake Machine Operator to join the production team.

As a Press Brake Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to manufacture precision sheet metal components to engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Working hours:
There are AM and PM shifts for this role so please let me know what you prefer.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Select the correct tooling and materials for each job
* Produce components to required tolerances and quality standards
* Carry out first-off and in-process inspections
* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Report any machine faults or quality concerns to management
* Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
Were looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience operating press brake machinery
* Can confidently read engineering drawings
* Has good attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
* Understands sheet metal fabrication processes
* Is reliable, hardworking, xsngvjr and motivated
* Works well independently and as part of a team
