Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (£20,000 - £21,875 pro rata) depending on experience, plus benefits

HR Solutions, part of the WorkNest family, are seeking an HR Advisor to join our Client Services Team in delivering first-class HR support to a range of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable knowledge of employment law and its application through best practices across a broad range of initiatives, as well as a high aptitude for technology.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide first-class professional telephone and email advice to HR Solutions clients on all aspects of employee relations, including Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management, Restructure, Redundancy, and TUPE.
2. Work with colleagues to ensure all client enquiries are answered within service level agreements.
3. Support HR Consultants with direct clients when they are unavailable.
4. Ensure client HR documentation, including offer letters and written statements, are drafted and up to date with current legislation.
5. Help draft, update, and finalize Employee Handbooks and policies as required.
6. Assist the Head Of Advisory and Administration with any work as needed.
Person Specification
1. Practical HR experience at an Advisor level or above.
2. Experience providing business-focused HR advice to managers at all levels.
3. Ability to understand commercial information.
4. Educated to degree level (or suitable experience), ideally in HR Management.
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation.
6. Generalist HR knowledge.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office, web-based applications, and HRIS.
9. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Confident relationship builder.
12. Professional and flexible attitude.
13. Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
