A well-established, growing and successful Engineering Services provider are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse/Depot Operative to oversee and manage all aspects of depot operations on a full time permanent basis. Key responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Overseeing the depots daily operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional running of all activities Own and develop operational processes and systems that improve asset readiness, responsiveness, and service delivery. Maintain full accountability for the depots health & safety, cleanliness, organisation, and regulatory compliance. Develop a supportive and inclusive culture that enhances employee satisfaction and promotes individual growth. Act as a point of contact for day-to-day people issues, escalating where necessary. Take full ownership of depot inventory Essential requirements: Proven experience in depot/branch operations In-depth understanding of inventory control, service planning, and operational systems. High-level customer service experience with a commercial mindset and attention to detail. IT literate with working knowledge of asset tracking or CRM systems. Full UK Driving Licence Forklift Truck Licence
