Field-based Sales/Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Account Manager to join our team, focusing on Forestry and Agricultural projects with industry clients.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the forestry and agricultural sectors.
2. Make sales calls via phone and conduct door-to-door visits to potential clients.
3. Track leads, sales, and meetings, and proactively follow up to maximize opportunities.
4. Attend client visits, requiring a valid driving license.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience is essential.
* Computer literate with good organizational skills.
* Experience within an agricultural or forestry setting is advantageous.
* Experience in grounds maintenance or ground works is also of interest.
* Possess a can-do attitude and stay updated with industry projects and demands.
Additional Requirements
Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle during probation (mileage paid), with a company car provided after probation.
Work Schedule and Compensation
Monday - Friday, with hours from 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 (flexible for the right candidate).
Salary: £28,000 per year plus a competitive commission structure.
