Salary - £18ph plus overtime
Working a rotating shift with an early finish Fridays!
Dayshift:
Monday - Thursday: 08.00 – 16.45
Friday: 08.00 - 13.30
Backshift:
Mon-Thurs: 14.30 – 22.30
Friday: 12.30 - 21.00
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Light to Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team. This role will allow you to gain industry leading training and qualifications, strong hourly rates in comparison to the automotive industry, work with advanced technology and career development.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
8. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles and heavy trucks
9. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment
10. Perform safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA compliance
11. Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
12. Accurately record work carried out using digital workshop systems
13. Ensure all work is completed safely and to Volvo quality standards
14. Support workshop efficiency by working collaboratively with service and parts teams
Who are you?
15. Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles and/or HGVs
16. Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / SVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
