As an integral part of Tesco Travel Money, you will be placed on-site in one of our bustling Bureaus within a Tesco retail store. Thousands of customers will visit daily, many seeking help and guidance on foreign exchange. We aim to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange and to deliver detailed, concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience.

What will you be doing?

1. Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to ensure the best possible customer experience.
2. Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high service levels and enable them to perform their best with the best training available.
3. Reviewing customer feedback, service levels, and team performance to improve outputs and achieve objectives.
4. Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Delivering on key performance goals—procedural, operational, and customer-focused.
6. Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
7. Implementing and driving legal and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.

Step 2 - You will be invited to an online interview with our Talent Acquisition team, including a small numerical and accuracy test.

Step 3 - Successful candidates will visit the bureau to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment.

Step 4 - If all goes well, you'll be offered a position at Travelex. Unsuccessful candidates will receive detailed feedback.

As part of onboarding, you will need to clear our reference check standards, supported by our dedicated team.
