Job Title: Primary Early Career Teacher
Location: Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £140-£160 (Pick your own rate)
About The Role
Elevate Supply is looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a primary school in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Support students' social and emotional development.
* Work closely with colleagues and participate in school events.
* Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress.
* Take part in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to engage in professional development.
