The company is seeking a driven, articulate, and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their busy residential lettings team. This role may be suitable for entry-level candidates with a background in customer service or sales, as well as those already working in lettings who are ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be joining a reputable company with strong local ties and a focus on delivering excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants alike. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and qualifying prospective tenants Booking and conducting property viewings Liaising with landlords and tenants Negotiating rental offers and agreeing lets Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation Maintaining accurate records and database updates Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the rental process What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential) Confident, professional, and well-spoken Excellent communication and negotiation skills Positive and proactive attitude with strong team spirit High levels of organisation and attention to detail Knowledge of the Bexleyheath / SE12 area is a plus Full UK driving licence is essential; own car preferred What's In It For You?
