We’re excited to be recruiting for qualified English Teachers (QTS) – including Early Career Teachers – to work across our fantastic partner schools in Medway. Responsibilities
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons in English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4.
* Plan, prepare, and assess student progress in line with curriculum requirements.
* Build a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued.
* Inspire curiosity, debate, and creativity in your teaching.
* Manage behaviour confidently to maintain a purposeful learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life.

What we’re looking for
* QTS with an English specialism (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
