Part-Time Project Administrator – Housing Refurbishment (Temp) Wembley / North West London 20 hours per week – flexible hours Mostly WFH, with initial on-site training and occasional ad hoc on site work ASAP start | Temporary Contract £14ph PAYE Overview: Our client, a specialist contractor delivering social housing refurbishment projects is seeking a part-time Project Administrator to support a live contract across two occupied residential buildings in the Wembley / North West London area. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts, who is confident with Excel/Word and familiar with the terminology used in the sector. Key Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining project trackers and logs (Microsoft Excel and Word) Preparing and sending resident communications, such as letters and site notifications Assisting with programme updates and administrative scheduling tasks Liaising with Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) and Site Managers to ensure timely delivery of updates and information Providing general administrative support across the contract team Candidate Requirements: Experience within social housing, property maintenance, or refurbishment projects Strong administrative skills, particularly using Excel and Word Confident communicator, both written and verbal Able to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision Comfortable handling housing-related documentation and resident communications Hours & Location: 20 hours per week – flexible on morning or afternoon working patterns Role will be mostly remote, with initial on-site induction/training over the first few days Immediate start preferred Application: Suitable for candidates seeking part-time, flexible work within the social housing or construction sector, with a strong focus on administration and communication.
