The Role
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties in central London, while also managing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and client reporting.
Youll also play a key role in ensuring the smooth operational running and facilities setup of the firms own offices, supporting a professional and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management
Oversee the operational management of multiple commercial properties across London.
Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and best value.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure all sites meet health, safety, and statutory standards.
Support the operational setup and ongoing smooth running of the firms own offices.
Build strong tenant and client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Service Charge & Accounting
Prepare and manage client statements, rent and service charge invoices, and VAT submissions.
Develop annual service charge budgets in collaboration with Property Managers.
Coordinate year-end reconciliations, audit packs, and liaise with accountants.
