Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) Administration Officer within the Quality and Review Team.
This is a permanent post working 29.5 hours per week.
What is involved
We are a friendly, and welcoming team, based in Stanley. The purpose of the post is to provide dedicated administrative support to the Quality and Review Team to ensure that a seamless service is offered to all service users in Child Protection Meetings and Children Looked After Reviews.
* Duties will include: arranging Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Reviews and other meetings for children’s services, attending meetings, circulating recommendations/decisions and writing up and circulating notes following the meeting, maintaining statistical information and updating computer systems.
* This is a very busy but interesting role; you must be able to work under pressure and have excellent organisational skills, communications skills and IT skills. You must be able to produce high quality notes of meetings via a laptop, within prescribed timeframes.
* The IRO Administration Officers are currently attending all meetings remotely and taking the notes of these via Microsoft Teams. Some work after 5pm may be required.
What will I need?
You should have NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or Relevant Equivalent Qualification.
