BGA is seeking an experienced ex-mechanic with technical training and sales expertise to lead the charge in an exciting new adventure. This is a unique opportunity to represent a globally recognized brand, providing top-tier technical support and training to customers nationwide and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to hundreds of customers across the UK.
2. Garage Visits: Travel nationwide to deliver training and answer technical questions about BGAs products.
3. Global Representation: Attend exhibitions worldwide as a key representative of BGA.
4. Content Collaboration: Assist the marketing team by contributing to technical videos, content creation, and product demonstrations.
5. Educational Outreach: Visit engineering colleges to represent the BGA brand and provide training to future mechanics.
Experience and Skills
1. Mechanical Expertise: Hands-on mechanic experience is essential (Timing Chains, Engine components, Steering & Suspension).
2. Presentation Skills: Confident in training and presenting to both small and large audiences.
3. Travel Flexibility: Willing to spend up to three days a week away from home.
4. Video Experience: Experience in video presenting is beneficial but not essential.
5. Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
6. Comfortable to be represented throughout global campaigns.
