Role Overview
In this field‑based role you will visit both new and existing customers to build relationships and sell our medical and hazardous waste services. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers and pursue new sales opportunities through customer enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer enquiries and internal leads.
* Deliver product and service presentations to customers.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s performance.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Travel daily across the West London area to meet customer needs.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
* May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
