About The Role
At Donnelly Group, we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding customer experience. As a Customer Service Co-ordinator / Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible, acting as the crucial link between our customers and our expert technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
2. Managing service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed at every stage.
3. Coordinating with the workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Advising customers on service and maintenance plans to keep their vehicles in top condition.
5. Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail.
6. The role will involve face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions with customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
1. A customer service champion with excellent communication skills.
2. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
3. A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
4. Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, or administrative role.

Required Criteria
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* High levels of IT competence, including MS Office and CRM systems
* A full valid driver’s license
