What the job involves As an Assistant Team Manager in the Single Point of Access (SPOA) Team, you will be the primary manager of referrals, overseeing the inbox and making critical decisions regarding the local authority's initial response. You will support and supervise social workers, conduct case reviews, and determine the necessity for further allocation. Additionally, you will participate in essential meetings such as Strategy Discussions and Strategy Meetings to ensure effective information sharing and interventions.
